Each network requires one (1) streaming device. Customer purchases must include the required streaming device(s) for each network. To add additional streaming devices, increase the “Subscription Total” and select “Update”; the quantity and applicable price will be adjusted accordingly. By proceeding with the purchase or subscription, the customer acknowledges and accepts that a minimum internet connection speed of 15 Mbps is recommended for HD streaming and 25 Mbps is recommended for 4K streaming. WETV LIVE is not responsible or liable for internet service availability, speed, reliability, interruptions, network congestion, equipment issues, or any other connectivity-related matter that may affect streaming performance. The customer is solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining adequate internet service and compatible equipment necessary to access and use the service.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the “Subscription Total” accurately reflects the number of streaming devices they intend to use before selecting “Update.” WETV LIVE is not responsible for incorrect quantities, pricing adjustments, service limitations, or activation issues resulting from a customer’s failure to select the correct number of streaming devices.
Where applicable, shipping and handling fees, taxes, duties, or other related charges may be added to the customer’s final invoice or bill. The customer acknowledges and agrees that such charges are separate from the subscription or service price and are the sole responsibility of the customer. WETV LIVE reserves the right to determine, adjust, and apply any applicable shipping and handling charges before order completion, activation, or fulfillment.

Such conditions may result from factors outside the control of WETV LIVE, including but not limited to internet service provider performance, connection speed, network congestion, device capability, third-party content sources, maintenance, outages, or other technical circumstances. WETV LIVE does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous streaming service and shall not be liable for any interruptions, service limitations, or quality variations caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
